The Board and Staff of Champaign County Health Care Consumers (CCHCC) cordially invite you to celebrate 42 years of community organizing for health care access and justice. Please join us for our 2019 Annual Awards Dinner on Friday, May 3, 2019.

CCHCC is honored to celebrate this year’s award recipients and we invite you to join us in recognizing their achievements and celebrating our collective work to improve health care in Champaign County.

For dinner, we will be having Honey Mustard Chicken with roasted potato wedges and asparagus. There will also be a vegan option of Stuffed Portabello filled with Italian braised vegetables on a bed of blended wild rice. Musicians will play jazz while we dine.

The event is being held at the Holiday Inn at 101 Trade Centre Dr. in Champaign (formerly the Hawthorn Suites). There is free parking across south State street. The event is wheelchair accessible.
