Medicaid Workshop: Understanding Illinois Health Connect

ILHCChanges have been made to the Medicaid/All Kids Program. The State has developed a new program called Illinois Health Connect. This program is designed to assign each Medicaid patient to a primary care doctor.

Do you know which doctor you were assigned to?
Do you want to keep your doctor? Do you want to switch?
Do you have questions about the program?

Then attend the Medicaid Workshop: Understanding Illinois Health Connect. hear from the state of Illinois about their program, and learn how to get involved to improve access to health care in our community. Whether you have Medicaid and have questions about the program, or you just care about health care access in our community, this is a meeting you will want to attend!
