Medicare Task Force Candidate Survey – 2008

Where do our Congressional candidates on fixing Medicare Part D?

On Thursday, October 30, the Medicare Task Force held a press conference to educate the voting public about where our Congressional candidates stand on Medicare Part D reform. Check out the report so that you can be informed when you go to the polls on November 4th!

Because Congress is the only one able to fix the problems of Medicare Part D, we must elect legislators who understand the importance of Part D reform and are committed to working to fix it. U.S. Senator for IL, Dick Durbin and Rep. for the 15th District, Tim Johnson, are up for re-election this fall, so The Medicare Task Force has conducted a candidate survey to educate voters where they and their opponents stand on fixing Medicare Part D. The results of the survey were released at a press conference on October 30, 2008.
