Join Champaign County Health Care Consumers (CCHCC) and other local senior service agencies on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 from 1 to 5 p.m. at Lincoln Square Mall in Urbana to learn about how you can prepare for the cuts to the IL Cares Rx and Medicaid programs that take effect July 1, 2012.
Many of you are probably very concerned about the elimination of the IL Cares Rx program and the drastic cuts to Medicaid benefits. Advocates will be available to meet with you individually, answer your questions, and explore other state and federal programs that you may be eligible for to alleviate some of the pain and suffering from these devastating cuts.
Participating agencies include:
• CCHCC
• Provena Center for Healthy Aging
• Champaign County Regional Planning Commission
• Family Service Senior Resource Center
• Smile Healthy
• Provena Covenant Hospital
• Carle
Are you unsure how you’ll be able to continue paying for your medication without IL Cares Rx?

Do you need help filling out applications and getting enrolled in programs that provide medical or prescription financial assistance?
Do you have a friend or loved one who you are concerned about that relies on IL Cares Rx or Medicaid?
Join us on Wednesday, June 27 at Lincoln Square Mall and we will do our best to answer all of your questions and make sure you are connected to the resources and programs you need.
