An important legal battle is being waged against the Affordable Care Act in the Texas v. U.S. court case.
This is a case that will most likely end up going to the Supreme Court of the United States, and that is why so many health care advocates are opposing the appointment of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.
