Dear friend,
Champaign County Health Care Consumers (CCHCC) is wrapping up our Fiscal Year 2017-2018, and we are asking you to help us finish on a strong financial footing as we go into our next Fiscal Year, which begins on July 1, 2018.
We serve everyone in our community, from Medicare beneficiaries, to families with children, to individuals incarcerated in our County Jails.
Please consider making an end-of-fiscal-year contribution to support our work.
CCHCC has Champaign County covered!
CCHCC’s Community Health Workers help community members from all walks of life, with all kinds of insurance – whether that be Medicaid, private plans, Marketplace plans, Medicare, and workplace insurance. We also help individuals get access to free and affordable care.
We provide consumer education, enrollment, and advocacy services to help improve the lives of our community members, and to help improve the health of our community.
Below are some links to media stories on WILL-AM 580 that highlight just some of the current work we are doing, from serving Medicare beneficiaries to working in our County Jails to serve individuals and reduce recidivism, to advocating for legislation to improve consumers’ access to care. You can also see some of the resources we have available to help Medicare or soon-to-be Medicare consumers.
