CCHCC 42nd Annual Awards Dinner! Friday, May 3, 2019 – RSVP Today

Dear Friend,

The Board and Staff of Champaign County Health Care Consumers (CCHCC) cordially invite you to join us for our 42nd Annual Awards Dinner on Friday, May 3, 2019.

CCHCC is looking forward to honoring this year’s award recipients (stay tuned – we will be announcing award recipients soon!) and celebrating 42 years of grassroots organizing to improve health care in Champaign County. Please join us for this special celebration!

Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Holiday Inn (formerly Hawthorn Suites)
Free Parking | Wheelchair Accessible

The Social Hour will begin at 6:00 p.m., with dinner being served at 6:45 p.m. Music provided by local jazz musicians. This year, the main course is a delicious Honey Mustard Chicken, served with roasted potato wedges and asparagus. The vegetarian option will be Stuffed Portobello, filled with Italian braised Vegetables on a bed of blended wild rice. There will be iced tea, coffee, dessert, and a cash bar.

The awards presentation will follow, along with a slideshow of highlights from the past year. The award recipients will be announced soon, so please stay tuned!

Please RSVP by Friday, April 19. Tickets are $40 each or $340 for a table of 10. If you would like to come to the Dinner but cannot afford the full price of a ticket, please contact CCHCC staff at (217) 352-6533 or by email.

Parking/Traffic Note: There is free parking in the lot behind the Holiday Inn (formerly Hawthorn Suites). The lot is on the west side of State St., between Fox Dr. and Kirby Ave.
