3. ASK AN ADVOCATE
Question: I’m a Medicare beneficiary with out-of-pocket costs for my health care. Is there any help for me?
Answer: Yes! CCHCC operates a program with Provena Covenant Medical Center called Medicare 100/Plus. This program offers free and discounted care at Provena Covenant Medical Center to qualified Medicare beneficiaries. This free program allows members to pre-qualify for, and receive, Medicare Part A hospital discounts at Provena Covenant Medical Center.
The Medicare 100/Plus Program offers a sliding scale discount based on household income. These discounts apply to Part A hospital deductibles, coinsurance, and other services provided and billed by Provena Covenant Medical Center.
The Medicare 100/Plus Program is an assurance program – Medicare 100/Plus members have the assurance that hospital costs at Provena Covenant Medical Center will be affordable. To find out more information or to sign up, call Anne at (217) 352-6533.
