Join the 5th & Hill Neighborhood Rights Campaign on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the City of Champaign City Council Study Session to support the repeal of the groundwater ordinance. This harmful ordinance allows Ameren off the hook for cleaning up the groundwater at the 5th & Hill toxic site and opens the door for any polluter to leave contaminated groundwater throughout the entire City of Champaign. This ordinance must be repealed or amended to protect the health and safety of our community!
